If Firefox isn't the right place for this bug, change the package

Liferea can use Gnome's settings, but it doesn't recognizes the
exceptions. However, you can set per-feed-exceptions in Liferea, so this
shouldn't be an issue. Therefore, I'm closing this report.

It's caused because liferea looks for the translated feedlist. However, if it
can't find it, it doesn't start. In the fix, if it doesn't find it, it uses the
