I've tested the Gutsy ones, and they work fine. However, I haven't been
able to crash it with the unpatched version (I'm not probably doing the
right thing).

We (as the Python Applications Packaging Team) are packaging Phatch with
Stani's colaboration. The packaging is already done and available in the
team repository. We will upload it to Unstable as soon as 0.1 is
released.

The current icon is from http://feedicons.com/ which looks nice too, and
looks pretty similar.
I don't feel like changing it downstream. I've reported it upstream, and
they won't change it...

Note that the fix doesn't mean you will be able to open it, but that
there's a check which will avoid the core dump.
