Just now I was watching some video in Firefox. I popped over to another
virtual workspace for a few minutes, and when I popped back to Firefox
it had gone. The same thing had been happening all week (I installed
fresh Ubuntu-22.04 last week) with Chrome, Firefox and Thunderbir

I'll give it a few days, if I can get that landed soon, we can just
sync. Otherwise I'll upload it to Jammy directly.

The tooltip comes from hovering with the mouse pointer over an
(invisible) link on the email. Not sure why the pointer wasn't captured.

We have stopped accepting singing tarballs into the archive, because we
don't want to use wrong signing keys or produce duplicate/tripplicate
signatures. (in the signing PPA, in -proposed, and in
-updates/-security/-release as well potentially).
