next time it boots it will restart every 2 second but fails because the
wifi adapater is not there.

Mine is not unsusable but certainly is very sluggish. Can only type a

I keep seeing mentions of stutter in GNOME 40 Wayland sessions upstream,
and experience it myself. So the input thread wasn't a solution to this
anyway. It should stay open.

network to be ready but reading systemd-networkd-wait-online.service(8)
and networkctl(1) I wonder if cloud-init shouldn't wait for networkd-
wait-online to report that the link is "routable" instead of
"degradated" (default minimum
