I updated Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 to 20.04 a few weeks ago.
My Bluetooth worked correctly until the update.
Now it just shutdowns itself and the toggle button in the settings does not
bring it alive.

I can confirm the fix works.

Actually this is not the version that freezes the boot. With a clean
install both of groovy and focal I can use the computer with no problem.
The bug appears after installing the prompted updates at first login.
I have three different outcomes when it comes to booting:
- Blin

Hey @james-page, the customer confirmed that using temporary PPA [0]
mentioned in [1] had fixed lp:1907686 [2], can you continue to merge PPA
into Focal? thanks.

I am using the 'safe graphics' option needed by my system.
The on screen display of the initial file check process, with option to
