Dell E310dw printer which worked well on 19.04 has problems in 19.10:
First, I went through the CUPS web interface to add the printer. The
interface gave me a choice of two entries with the same name plus one
with "driverless" added. I chose the first entry (not driverless) a
@colin-king I just checked and, with the plymouth fix also applied, the
issue is fixed in 0.8.1-1ubuntu14.2

This test is invalid, as gicv3 is only supported on arm64 hardware
Thunderx and newer. the HP Moonshot cartridges are NOT to be used for
this test. This needs to be blacklisted somehow, will touch base with
SAM on doing so.

work on this printer in 19.04, so this is a regression. I'm not sure

I hit the same thing in Ubuntu 19.10 with syncthing 1.1.4~ds1-4. I
worked around it by downloading the official release from syncthing
github (https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/releases) and replacing
the binary /usr/bin/syncthing with it. Not ideal but works.
