I also disagree with this FFe. Despite it seems to be working for now I
would be suprised if no regressions pop up in a few days/weeks in
unstable.
@ddstreet: I'm still waiting on your MR(s)! The more you wait it's obvios the
more it gets harder to rebase… Can't you start with a few changes at
just installed kvm+virt and initialated a vm instance then do S2I works well.

I had this same problem on a Dell Inspiron 6400, which has Broadcom
BCM4311 network controller and Broadcom BCM4401-B0 Ethernet controller.
Kernel 5.0.0-27 manifests the problem. Kernels 4.15.0-60 and 5.2.0-15
work fine.

Just leaving a note here for the purposes of the SRU: the regression
mentioned in #6 has been fixed and the package in disco Unapproved
modified to include the fix. The current package in the queue should be
good for review. I'll modify the test case to make sure we check that
update-manager is sti
I experience this on 19.04 using Gnome Shell on Wayland with Intel
Graphics.
I have 3 monitors. The bottom one is the laptop, and two external
monitors.
All monitors, except one, has the tint. The one without tint changes;
sometimes it is the laptop, sometimes one of the external monitors.

I am working on Juju Charms for deploying OVN.
At present the OVN components are distributed in the following binary
packages:

Our developers are unable to debug our applications because they use the
vsdbg inside docker which makes use of the /proc//maps. Even after
enabling preview software for 5.0.0-28, the bug still exists. Our only
option at this point is to roll back the Kernel.
