Indeed, i found the problem with a self-compiled package, which made a file in
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d and ran the command "chown nrpe.nrpe /var".
After deleting the affected file out of /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d and made a manual
"chown root.root /var" everything w

These commands are a workaround for the currently available package.
In my opinion, for the definitive fix, the symbolic links should already
be contained within the package, in the same way as the others are
already.
