I tried out the Ubuntu Server 18.04 ARM64 beta image on my Raspberry Pi
3 and when raspi3-firmware's script is run, the config.txt gets
overwritten to use the Pi's built-in bootloader to boot the kernel and
initramfs instead of u-boot.
There are multiple solutions to this:

ipxe package built from ipxe source, which is maintained by the server
team. I think it's for you to decide if this is what you want, not

certifications for libgcrypt (for specific versions included in their

Is it possible to push this to edge or some other track? I'm having
trouble sideloading a kernel snap with --dangerous. I get the following
error:
