thanks that video really helped to see your case.
First video 1:26 top right the shortcut is set to "None" I believe. Translate
gives me "Никто" which does not fully match, but it seems unset at least. This
is the setting that I set to Alt+ShiftL to work at all for me - maybe worth a
try.

again. so i see there are more bugs with the launcher. better test to
maybe catch more, have a lot of apps pinned (more than a screen so you
can scroll the launcher) and then just play with it, resize the
launcher, change the icon positions, unpinned apps, pinn apps, it will
eventually fail in diff
not only at maximum size :D it happens at any size but it's a bit more
obvious at maximum size :P

I've resolved my issue, in my case it was either a bad usb drive i was
using for the install or the app i used to create the live usb.
First live usb was created with latest version of yumi and latest iso from
website.
I created a second live usb with a different drive, latest version of rufus,

Partially I solved the problem with Cougar 500K.
The problem lies in the fact that this keyboard has three interfaces (in terms
of USB), for the first two (keyboard and mouse) the kernel attaches the input
driver (from dmesg):
