We can't easily configure the host to use our dnsmasq because there is
no standardized way to do so, the lxd dnsmasq only starts running when
LXD starts and LXD doesn't start on boot.

I’ve addressed an issue in the browser (see linked branch) which wasn’t sharing
the page title along with the URL.
However dekko is still not getting the page title, so I suspect there may be an
issue in the content hub itself. Adding a task for it.

That's not how MTU works.
Your host should fragment as needed when routing, in fact it does that
perfectly well for me.
The only case where you need to lower your bridge MTU is if you were to
bridge your host's eth0 or tun0 into lxdbr0, but based on the above,
that's not what you're doing at all.
