Since 2.6, linux has supported nanosecond granular time in stat(2)
returns. BIND has a comment in the code that it might use it, but
continues to ignore it.
As of 9.9.3b2, named checks the time of (at least) zone files on disk
(expanding to include include files in 9.10.0a2)
Moving back to confirmed. 3.0.33-1ubuntu1~cloud0 still has incorrect
package minimum version requirements.

I haven't looked at the BottomEdge from a developer point of view yet
(will do soon). This report is really from a user point of view. While
such a flick from the bottom edge has always been revealing the bottom
edge for me with the old implementations, the new implementation always
requires me to
I encounter this bug a couple of times per day when using the Nuvola
music player which loads online music services using the standalone
webkit renderer.
The issue can't be linked to a specific action on the sites; simply
segfaults after an amount of time.
