remember seeing problems on shutdown in the past...

Well, it's been ~24 hours since I started using kernel"4.4-rc2+cod1".
My notebook was kept "on" for over 16 of these 24 hours: 8h yesterday +
8h today. So far, no subtle poweroff happened. I restarted the system a
couple of times, today and yesterday, and I also powered off the
notebook. No issues

In case someone is interested in this bug, what I remember I noticed
later, is that `tar` extract a directory, then delete it, then try to
add files in the just deleted directory (which turns to be wrong,
obviously), then sometime recreate the directory, which ends to be
empty.

When targeting the upgrade step in 1.25 I cannot see a way to
distinguish between 1. a correct agent statusDoc and 2. a unit statusDoc
with a agent style id - as the id is the only distinguishing feature

I'll mention that if the the download manager triggered off the payload
for a member rule or added a member to a more generic rule, the profile
would not have to change. I don't know the download manager API, but
looking at an existing rule:

Okay, I cloned my server and tried kernel versions. The latest version
which does _not_ exhibit the issue is 3.12.51. The first which does is
3.13-rc1.

going to windowed mode is a valid use case for tablets and even bigger

And one more thing.
In my case, there is NO difference whether proprietary or nouveau drivers are
in use, the freeze will happen regardless. I just had to add this
clarification, as I see people reporting this issue is happenning only on
proprietary drivers, which is not true in my case.

Now with kernel 4.4-rc3 the error messages are gone, but the performance
issue is still present (glxgears: ~440 FPS before suspend, ~180 FPS

It hasn't worked on the MBP 12,1 on any of the 4.x kernels, and I'm
pretty sure it didn't work on 3.x either.
