Ubuntu 15.10 after latest update headphones stopped working. When I ran
alsamixer in the terminal, I saw they were muted. after unmuting them I
pressed F6 and saw the soundcard id, then pressed esc and esc to exit
alsamixer then entered sudo alsactl store Intel After rebooti
It was good in Vivd, but broken again in Wily. Simply launching Byobu
from Dashboard would give me a Gnome-Terminal icon.
