Public bug reported:
Dear all,
Looking at:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cufflinks
I'm somewhat confused. It seems the package "cufflinks" is missing from
Wily, but it existed before in Vivid (I was using it) and seems to exist
in Xenial. Is there any reason why it was removed for Ubu

I've tried everything I can think of. Uninstalling and reinstalling.
Many threads suggest adjusting my gnome settings in some way, I'm using
Unity, and none of them have worked, and several have crashed my system.
I've also tried Unity Tweak and no luck there - you can adjust

Thank you for the fast response.
As you have suggested I searched for a safe method to update my BIOS
without using Windows, following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate,
but
it seems that there is not a "BIOS update CD" image for my laptop model.
So I will install Windows on my machin
@Christopher, my laptop model is LH532 (UMA) - the latest BIOS version is 1.10
and this is what the bug report has.
The one you mention (ver 2.07) is for the other model LH532/G22.
I am unable to restore the 'latest-bios-1.10' tag (laptop being bricked I'm
accessing this page from my mobile).

Public bug reported:
I have installed Kubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) on a Toshiba Chromebook 2
(Baytrail version). The sole internal storage of the computer consists
of a 16GB eMMC drive. The bug is that KDE's device notifier shows this
drive as "Removable Media", which it most certainly is not.
Gunter,
I see no script attached to this bug so I don't know how such script can
appear in my Documents folder...
Please, think twice before recommending users to run some scripts with
uncertain origin and poor description.
