I should add that sometimes It will let me dismiss the error and
continue and other times it can't be dismissed. I will do more testing

computer take 40 seconds for start up from displaying grub until

So after messing with the computer, it seems that the problem was there
with ntp. So I'm not certain it's related to ntp. Sorry about that.
But I searched google high and low, and I couldn't find a single person
that was having this problem. I suspect it might be something to do
with MB/Ram/timi

Last night the package system attempted to update a lot of packages (644
