In the precise 3.2 series kernel writing strings to /dev/kmsg appears and dmesg

with the equivalent userspace packages.
I've already done a coarse bisect,

I discovered this on mako #153 for dialling a contact from my address
book (which I'd synced from google). I can dial a number manually and
hang up okay, but can't hang up if it's a contact from the address book.

I'm not exactly sure what to do about qtvideo-node, because a class
directly inherits from QSGVideoNode which is contained in
qsgvideonode_p.h. I haven't been able to locate an alternate header file
to include that provides for this class. A search for that class reveals

I created a set of tests for this in lp:~pitti/qtubuntu-sensors/crash-
without-hw which reproduce the error. The actual crash happens in
platform-api's bridge.h:
#define IMPLEMENT_FUNCTION0(return_type, symbol) \
return_type symbol() \
{
Note that before I can actually propose anything, platform-api first needs to
become buildable in trusty again, which is blocked by landing these MPs:

Btw, this is because the sg_start command opens the device node with
O_RDWR which causes an uevent 'change' event
Thanks for testing. I'll look into making udisks2 sending SYNCHRONIZE
CACHE and START/STOP UNIT commands. Stay tuned.

Okay, I will report this according to the wiki as soon as I'm able to.
