minutes ago I've managed to successfully log into my Ubuntu 12.04!
First I thought I'd show you all how my boot process looked like and
made a video of a boot with parameter "delay_boot" and then normal boot

Yes, Ubuntu 13.04 does have this problem, my Ubuntu 13.04 machine wont
let me mount (not by gui or when I manually try to mount it via mount
command as root ) But the HDD works fine when connected to USB on Ubuntu
10.10 or Debian 7 so I am sure its not a HDD fault.

Actually, it was neither. I downloaded the upstream 3.10 version
directly from the kernel.org homepage and followed the instructions on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/GitKernelBuild to build the kernel.
Then, I installed the deb packages generated by the build and tried it
out.
