I just fixed this in current git. Very stupid mistake this one :(.
Fix can be backported since no strings are involved. I'll try to upload

Okay, I'll try that. Thanks. I'll report if it helps or not.
I haven't been able to disable it yet. Upon boot now it says the system
network services are not compatible with this version.
