This crash happened during an external monitor hotplug event. I had
unity running in a gnome-terminal (because I was tracking down a
different issue, and the Alt+F2 dialog would not let me restart unity),
unplugged the external monitor, plugged it back in, and got this.

seemed fine again. Since we're working with self signed certificates

On a test system I was able to revert back to the older apache-package.
Error gone. True a regression. But since on a third server I am working
with apache2 compiled from sources and this apache2 doesn't show the
error --- but it might quite be it had it, but it is already fixed
upstream.

I ran update-manager in terminal.
First I clicked on check, then on intall updates, after about 3-4 minutes
update-manager came back from the grey state but updates were not installed, I
clicked on install updates for the second time and then they got installed,
this is the output on my terminal
I forgot to tell that between the first click on install updates and the second
I got a crash from aptd.

When I was working for a couple of hours, the SlickEdit icon in the Unity bar
disappeared. What I got instead is a gray icon with a question mark.

Hello folks,
Is really difficult to defend the use of Ubuntu and even Linux when
things like this occurs.
Surelly we don't pay, and so we can't not require anyone to solve our
problem, I now that. But I wonder if this was solved in case we've used
