due to some dependency/include problems. I tried copy the files it asks
for to the linux header directory and it would keep asking for new files
and ended up compiling almost the whole kernel

I fiddled around some more with this when I got home. Try this out:
1) Open Totem
2) Open some video for reference
3) Pause video with some reference colors visible
4) Open a terminal and play the same reference video with mplayer
5) Now, when tweaking hue values in Totem preferences, it updates l
wonderful, closing then, feel free to reopen if you see it again.

ahead and install it as I await further instructions from you. gvfsd -r hangs.

These patches all seem to be missing a versioned dependency on the
version of lsb-base that will provide this new status_of_proc function.
They also don't take into account that several of these init scripts use
"set -e", which makes "exit $?" a completely redundant no-op...

Hi,
sorry, you can cancel this bug, it was my own fault. I had a typo in an
apparmor script which
for the firefox script which erroneously had Px instead of px and thus scrubbed
the environment.
