There is no solution yet. The problem is found in other Linux Distro's to so it
is marked as a kernel bug.

Doesn't seem that way. If I restart DBus, a few applets fail
(NetworkManager, Tomboy, S-D-A) and I get the "Do you want to reload
them?" question. Each of the others will reload, but not S-D-A.
At least, I'm assuming that would ensure DBus is started before S-D-A.

Can't logout and back in wit
It would seem like a quick workaround for this would be to have some
sort of "sanity check" script that kills hanging process(es) left over
after a crash. At the very least bonobo-activation-server, since killing
it seems to resolve the issue.

7.04's rhythmbox is built against gstreamer 0.10. please try installing
the nessesary 0.10 plugin for aac.
