init.d/postfix does set up a chroot jail and copies several (needed)
files. However, /etc/sasldb2 ist NOT copied. Using sasldb as SASL
authentication pool is not that uncommon, however.
Proposed fix:
Include /etc/sasldb2 in the files to be copied
I also have the same bug, with an nvidia geforce4 go 420 and nvidia
proprietary drivers.
The password box does not appear and I have to blindly type the password
to unlock the screen.
Disabling twinview is not an option because it's a notebook I use
frequently for presentations.

I've got a Linkstation 2 MIPS NAS system where I installed the nfs-
kernel-server from Debian on. When I use Nautilus to browse a folder
containing images and enable that previews should be generated, I'm
getting A LOT of messages like this on my
stellarium 0.7.1 (stellarium_0.7.1-1ubuntu3_i386.deb - Dapper) works
here just fine.

You're right. I missed that xfonts-utils 6.8.2.1-5 were build from xfonts-core
in Ubuntu, so launchpad didn't show me these versions when searching for

I use dapper 6.06. After installing the latest updates on 05.08.06,
problems arose with booting and USB. Having a device (keyboard, mouse
etc) connected to any of the USB ports, the system boot halts at
"mounting root file system". Also, when connecting a USB device during

mount options to the virtual filesystems.
The initramfs mounts the first set of FSes, so here is a patched version
of that.

OK, that's it.
My system runs on those settings for about a day now. I have not run
into trouble yet.
MORE TESTING IS REQUIRED of course:-)
