Option boxes are used to allow the user to do the task in hand, so it's
the correct widget to display the disc capacity.

I've also experienced this bug, but on my laptop the card _do_ sotimes
works. I don't know why, it sometimes works, other times doesn't. All of
the modules are always loaded:

It's definitely a usability problem, rather than a feature request. It
can be solved either by setting the disc capacity automatically or
reminding the user that they have to do it themselves. In the current
situation, my bet is that most users will fail to set the disc capacity

Some 3D Screensavers after while freezes the System (Dapper). Not only in full
screen, but also in setting of screen savers.
Time to freeze is quite random from several seconds to several minutes.
The only way to to end this is a reeboot.

I'm also having a problem with my Zonet ZEW2500P USB Wireless Adapter,
which uses the rt2570 kernel module. I've compiled the latest CVS from
rt2x00.serialmonkey.com, but it only lasts longer than the original
module before burning out and going "kaput".

I encountered this problem in 6.06 today. If you have set 'ls' as an
alias with argument '--color' in /etc/profile or $HOME/profile, it will
be triggered.
The root cause is that, the script /etc/gdm/Xsession will source
/etc/profile and $HOME/.profile, then it use "ls $1" to read
/etc/X11/Xsession

I saw this problem when I upgraded from dapper to edgy.
According to packages.ubuntu.com dapper has xfonts-utils 6.8.2.1-5 and
update-fonts-dir from this package doesn't understand --x11r7-layout yet.
When edgy gets released people will run into this problem if xfonts-
utils isn't upgraded before
