I have exactly the same problem. Printouts are identical.
Error messages stop when ehci_hcd is removed but am still unable to
mount usb. I have looked around to find a solution and it seems this is

I have no clue about how ssp works but there seems to be a problem related
to the linking stage in the build process.
I have tried to change various ld options with no success...
It seems that gcc knows how to properly invoke ld, so if you pass LD=gcc to
I've spent approximately 10 seconds looking through it. I'm no closer
to knowing how to get MP3s to play. 20 seconds more time and I've
managed (based on prior knowledge, mind you) to find the instructions on
adding codecs to gstreamer.
There are several problems here:

with the apt update. While I am not behind a Proxy, I do sit behind a
firewall. Is there anything that I should make sure is able to get through.

What is the name of the screensaver. I have never in my life other than
the ubuntu-calendar to be anything near explicit. and its not installed

This isn't in the merges list, but the current robotour in Edgy
(3.2.1-2, which I maintain from Debian as well) fails to build due
unresolved X library dependencies. A sync to the new robotour in Debian
unstable will fix this.

I had a similar problem as to what Greg mentioned above about LDAP
hanging and not being able to login as a new user. However, after
compiling libnss-ldap 251-5 from debian source, I have not encountered
the problem again.
