I added the redhat entry manually in my grub2 menu using
"/etc/grub.d/40_custom" file..
Now i could able to boot in my redhat also

Here I m attaching my grub.cfg file. I could able to boot in XP, but the
main problem is that i am not able to redhat
entry in grub menu...
