After these commands I hear my voice in headphones. But if I try to record
voice in Soudrecorder or Skype I hear no recorded voice.

Simple mixer control 'Mic',0
Capabilities: pvolume pswitch penum
Playback channels: Front Left - Front Right
I maximized Front Mic and Mic and no result.
