I just installed the 2.6.30-kernel and - I seem to have no more problems with VT switches - my Intel graphics performance is not only back at intrepid level (was down to 20% in jaunty) but now it's about 20% BETTER than it was with intrepid - I can't seem to reproduce any freezes Me is happy.

I have filed a different bug (bug #384884) that might be a duplicate of this one. However, the main difference is that my system unfreezes after 5 to 15 minutes or ugly freezing. It looks like a lockup though. I would like to know if anybody can test this and see if your system unfreeze too
