I don't notice this on a Lenovo Ideapad Y410, but could you try this:
echo SUSPEND_MODULES="ehci_hcd uhci_hcd usbcore" | sudo
tee /etc/pm/config.d/usb_suspend_workaround
and see if it works for you?
