I was able to save the cupsd.conf file.
In the terminal i was not asked for verification. Step 4.
I cannot print the picture.

I was denied to save the file cupsd.conf and I could not install the
PrintingBugInfoScript.
I restartet the CUPS in the terminal and try printing a picture. My
problem was the same. I attached the eroor_log.
