Ravi, intriguingly, those systems are certified for Ubuntu *12.04 LTS*, *not* for Ubuntu *14.04 LTS*. My recollection is that the driver from the manufacturer was specifically directed at 12.04 (or it may have been a corresponding kernel version). The kernel has changed sufficiently from 12.04
