Well, I couldn't get the screenshot, the print screen key did nothing when I
pressed it. Is there any way to do this manually? I am very new at this, it
feels like I'm learning a foreign language. But I appreciate all the help.

Hey, It's OK that there is a delay. I don't mind. I'll be waiting for your
reply. Also, taking a screenshot is easy. Just press the key labelled
[Print Screen] on your keyboard, and you should get a dialog box to save
the file, then email it to me.
