Remmina always goes to right monitor. If I swap my monitors in the
Displays config app, then Remmina goes to the new right monitor. (So it
appears to have nothing to do with which monitor is primary, only which
one is on the right.)
So the workaround is to set the monitor where you want Remmina as

Remmina fullscreen always goes to right display, even executing full screen on

Forgot to mention:
This is using Precise, with Unity (3D) and latest package updates (including
the fix for bug 946388) as of this morning.
This is a regression from Lucid, as remmina goes fullscreen on whichever
monitor I put the window under Lucid.
