@Chris Just about every login it reverts back to not working and you
have to reapply it.

Title:
Compiz hot corners are ignored after restart
To manage notifications about this bug go to
a sort-of workaround for this is to turn "compiz --replace" in a
terminal. For me, this re-activated the hot corner without going into
the settings program.
