I fail to understand where the "Preferences" are supposed to be now.
Running $ killall nautilus $ UBUNTU_MENUPROXY= nautilus doesnt change
anything. For example, where am I supposed to set One click behavior
now?

I am told indicator-application is responsible for this menu trickery.
Leaving the nautilus task open as it looks like a nautilus bug to users.
