Hi, I also have a HP Elitebook 8560w. I'd really like to see this work. Apart from the ambient light sensor function key and the double-tap to disable the touchpad everything works on this notebook. I followed the steps on the above mentioned page. Results are: xev returns no result. $ /lib/ude

I want to control ALS from my keyboard using Fn+F11 key (what is ALS control combination). When I hit it, it does nothing with ALS, but presents following image on the screen (check attached file). ALS itself still can be controlled using /sys/devices/platform/hp-wmi/als so it seems that keyboard
