I asked for a tarball, not for a listing... anyway, you're clearly not
running into a network lockup situation and isc-dhcp is called by
Network Manager late in your boot, not to mention that NM starts in
parallel of the rest of the boot so can't be the cause of a hang.

I have no dhcp-server file:

and no such file too:

Please attach your /etc/dhcp-server/dhcpd.conf and a tarball of /var/log/upstart
isc-dhcp indeed respawns in case of crash, in this case, the crash is most
likely caused by a bad config, having that extra information should let me
figure out what exactly was wrong.

I think i found the reason for the bug because while checking out my
dmesg i found out that isc-dhcp-server was respawning looply. So i tried
removing it and now boot time is half.
Attached to this message there's the dmesg before removal.

I'm sure that it's not firefox problems, because it's too slow at boot,
even when I login to xfce. But when "all is ready" (system response are
acceptable) the firefox has "normal" velocity.
