Thanks for reporting this! I believe we've figured the issue out.
There were a few missing fields in the DB that were fixed, and there's a
fix that will be rolled out early next week.
If you have a while, could you verify that you are now able to reach the
billing details form?

Looking at the payments that were created, it seems like sca is creating
a payment under some circumstances without an openid attached.
Confirmed in sca's logs that we've seen 182 instances of this issue over
the last 90 days. A good log should look like:

Unfortunately I don't remember if I was asked to log in originally.
However I just tried again, and was asked to login, and again taken to
the "Lost something?" page with error id 2305rangpur0.
I then clicked "logout" and was taken to "Welcome to Ubuntu Pay" screen
with a link to log in. Clicked "
On initial inspection this looks like the user creating the payment
doesn't match the user currently logged in (different openid values).
This is consistent with Pay returning a 404 error.
I've searched the logs for this user's openid, but cannot yet find
anything useful.

I haven't yet found the above oops (rangpur and satsuma only have pay
oopses until 2012-04-19 currently), but the behaviour sounds as if SCA
initiate the payment via the pay API, then redirected to the payments
checkout URL (ie. HttpResponseRedirect(payment.checkout_url) ), but pay
didn't recognis
