Having the same symptoms, but this was resovled for me by turning off
smooth scrolling (as commented on
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/958852). Can
anyone confirm if turning off smooth scrolling resolves this issue for
them, as well?
