thank you for your bug report, gnome-keyring is the service used by
GNOME and Ubuntu for password storage, things wanting to store password
in a standard and secure way depends on it, it's not a bug

I launch Chromium.
I think that gnome-keyring is an unusefull program, an I purged it. But it
uninstalled Ubuntu Software Center.
