System Settings"

so, the issue here seems to be that there are 2 packages that are easily
confused in Software Center.
The first is gnome-control-center, which is the "System Settings"
application that is installed by default, and shows up in the Dash, but
is listed in Software center with the title of "utilities
sistemsettings is a kde package equivalent for gnome-control-center.

When the removal is complete the situation is the one you can see in the
attached screen-shot: System Settings seems to be installed, KDE S.S.
seems to be removed, the second icon is not removed, but nothing happens
if I click on it. The default System Settings goes on working correctly.
