Precise now use 304.88 nvidia version, so that issue should no more
exist; except if the compiz config is borked. Sadly the upstream report
does not help as config details are missing. So closing this report by
now; please check your config (reset to default if necessary) and open a
new fresh repor
what version nvidia driver are you using? 302 and up (I believe 304 is
available on precise), have proper Xrandr support that should work
better with GNOME.
