This was probably related to command-not-found which tries to suggest
packages to install in the event you type a valid command but just don't
have the package installed. I'm going to go ahead and close the bug
based on your last comment regarding your being unable to reproduce it
though.

I'm currently using the latest feisty. I just tried to reproduce this
bug, and I cannot do so. So I consider it fixed. Thanks!
