1) In the session "Unity" this bug is confirmed;
2) I have done log out to "Unity";
3) I have done log in to "Ubuntu 2D": On this session, I not confirmed this
bug. The mouse scroll has not actions. For selected the windows I use the
pointer of mouse.

Confirmed in a GNOME classic session, the "previous ws" action seems to
not "wrap" around line, i.e it will go from 4 to 3 on the second line of
the ws grid but not go back to 2 on the previous line
