Select clock and 24 hour format.

I have this problem too. The workaround from John didn't fix it. I have
Indicator Applet Complete 0.5.0 and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
I have selected Finnish regional settings in System Settings > Language
Support > Regional Formats. Finland uses 24 hour clock, and the clock in
that dialog windows is disp

1. Winkey-Alt-Rightclick on the clock in the panel and select "Remove". This
deletes ALL the default items in the Panel, by deleting the "Indicator Applet
Complete".
2. Winkey-Alt-Rightclick on the Panel and select "Add to Panel". Select
"Indicator Applet Session"

Because it does not happen in "Clock Preferences" applet (the one you can
install from "Add to panel" option, this one works perfectly

Maybe we should do something like we did for Online Accounts and hide
the indicator-datetime panel in System Settings except when explicitly
clicked from the indicator.
