Thank you for your bugreport.
What do you mean exactly with "It was turned off in the BIOS after the
update"? Does this mean, that an update of Ubuntu changes settings in
the BIOS?
When this is true it sounds serious to me. Ubuntu does not need to
change anything in the BIOS.

I reboot my pc, entered the bios mode en enabled my soundcard. It was turned of
in the bios afther the update.
Problem solved.
