I've removed the beryl upstream repository from my sources.list and now
it seems that there are some missing dependencies in the beryl package
from universe:
$ sudo apt-get install beryl
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages
$ sudo apt-get install emerald
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package emerald is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
