After upgrading from 10.04 to 12.04 mouse pointer disappeared.

Virtual environments do some mouse cursor remapping which sometimes
doesn't work right. We've seen offset or missing cursors in kvm,
virtualbox, vmware, etc. So this could well be just a bug in Parallels.
