A lot of this has been fixed in feisty, however it was horribly
prevalent in edgy at the time of the initial report.
I can no longer find any examples for this in feisty.

items that should be on these aforementioned menus so I can verify they
are missing. Also which version of Ubuntu and/or OpenOffice you are
using.
