Answering to my previews post:
After today's update, seems like it's fixed nicely.
HUD appears only when pressing and releasing ALT very quickly.
So changing keyboard layout is not a problem anymore.
Hat's off to the one who fixed this!

Please get this into the attention of the unity team.
It's important get this right for two reasons:
1. Every user with 2 or more keyboard layouts (namely everyone who speaks
another language)
is gonna bump into this. It's not "precise" to have HUD popup accidentaly when
one changes the keyboa
I have the same problem.
And it happens with quick layout change only.
